“Yoga adds years to Life and Life to your years”. Observing my disciplined mom recover from severe arthritis in couple of months with yoga and exercise, I was deeply inspired. Three years back when I had rigorous snoring and some breathing issues during sleep, instead of turning into allopathic and being under scissors, I chose the option to change my lifestyle. On the start of lockdown in 2020, at age of 44, I happened to learn Yatraji had gone virtual for her Yoga classes which was a blessing for me.  In a couple of weeks. I realized breathing exercises and few poses were helping me immensely. It has been more than 2 years now and Yatra ji’s style of guiding and mentoring has deepened my belief that “Yoga is art of Loving and Living through healthy choices”

I recently got back from a 5 days long mountain trek to Mardi Himal just yesterday and I could feel how I have developed endurance and energy. Through the 3500 meters plus altitude, I knew when to breathe long and hold , when to exhale and  how to minimize altitude sickness and cold waves. These all credit goes to Yoga and persistence I endured throughout these 24 months of zoom learning from Yatra Sharma. I am back to work all healthy with a positive mindset. I was able to touch the snowflakes of Magnificent Mardi and closely observe how majestic and magical in real Machhapuchhre is. Thank you Yatra ji for all the teachings and constantly motivating me all through. Yoga is beyond Mat , its everywhere in our life and Universe and not to forget omnipresent in those graceful Mountains.”

Choosing to practice yoga with @yatrayogalife has really been a blessing in disguise for me.
The past year has been a challenging one – managing a full-time stressful job and a family whist working from home meant that I really had not had time to focus on myself.
