We therefore welcome you to join this beautiful, nurturing course that guides you through “Garbha Samskar” techniques that will help you understand the psychology of giving birth and the culture of prenatal conduct. It will help you convert your fears into hope and pains into beautiful acceptance- enabling you to become calmer, breathe better, keep yourself gently toned and stay healthy throughout your pregnancy.

We will also be sharing nutritional tips suitable for you during and after your pregnancy, along with nutritional tips for your baby so that you can welcome the new life with more compassion and confidence.

  • Pregnant ladies in any trimester without major complications and who have clearance from obstetrician-gynaecologist for practice.
