“Yoga life online sessions have made me realize we SHOULD and CAN always make some time for our wellbeing. In time as now, these sessions have been so convenient yet so effective. I am a beginner at Yoga but I can already feel the difference it can make in my physical and mental health. I feel more revitalized and productive on the days I attend the sessions than on the days I miss them. And, I have to acknowledge, the instructor (Yatra Ji) does her job so well, the screen between us is hardly a barrier.”
