“In the last 7 months, I have learnt so much about physical and mental well-being, thanks to yoga-life. It has been a great opportunity to develop physically (flexibility, balance, strength) and time to re-connect with my inner-self. Frankly, this is my daily place of respite and renewal for an hour. Our instructor Yatra is fantastic, very knowledgeable, patient, non-judgmental and pays attention to each one of us. The community is very welcoming- I learn so much from the knowledge sharing between the participants. The variety of classes each day keeps the motivation going. And virtual classes mean I can join from anywhere in the world or even when I am traveling. I will continue with the classes with Yatra and highly recommend that you so too. “
